As the founder of LightAfter50,a Community-Based Organisation, she champions the empowerment and well-being of older adults, promoting dignity and active living beyond midlife. A devoted mother and humanitarian, Aisha combines her artistic talent with her deep compassion for humanity, using her platform to uplift communities and advocate for social transformation.
Aloysius Matovu Kizza
Aloysius Matovu Kizza is a media consultant, human rights activist, and movie actor, dedicated to using media and art as tools for social transformation. One of founding members of the Light After 50 Community-Based Organisation, he champions the empowerment and well-being of older adults and marginalized communities. His work blends creativity, advocacy, and communication expertise to raise awareness on social issues, promote human dignity, and inspire collective action for a more just and inclusive society.

Mr.Senkubuge Charles James
Charles James Senkubuge is a distinguished Ugandan leader whose multifaceted career bridges politics, media, faith, and the arts. As a former Presidential candidate, he is known for his bold advocacy for integrity, unity, and servant leadership in Uganda’s political landscape. As General Manager of Salt Media, James provides strategic oversight and innovation in value-driven broadcasting. In his role as Chairman of the Elders Council of the Theatrical Association of Uganda, he champions the growth of Uganda’s performing arts industry, offering mentorship to artists and preserving the nation’s cultural heritage. He is also a devoted Pastor at Gospel Light Baptist Church, where he preaches the gospel of hope, love, and moral renewal. His ministry focuses on empowering communities through faith, compassion, and social responsibility. He is an accomplished author, James has written extensively on leadership, spirituality, and nation-building—sharing wisdom rooted in experience, humility, and conviction.

Dr.Grace Stephen Seruyange
Dr. Grace Seruyange is a distinguished Ugandan entrepreneur, dentist, and community leader whose visionary leadership spans multiple sectors. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of several renowned institutions, including the International Paramedical and Nursing Schools – Maya, the International School of Business – Maya, IPI Health Centre – Maya and Bunjakko, Bunawona Dental Clinic, and Miami Beach – Bunjakko.
A dynamic businessman and dedicated Rotarian, Dr. Seruyange is committed to advancing quality education, improving healthcare services, and promoting community development. His work continues to empower young professionals, enhance rural health access, and create sustainable opportunities within the communities he serves.
